What is collected
Only what you send: your name, the ways you have given to reach you, and what you tell me about the business you want insured. Nothing is bought in and nothing is inferred about you from anywhere else.
What it is used for
Answering your enquiry and, where you ask for one, preparing and placing a quote. That means sharing the relevant details with the insurers being approached on your behalf, and with nobody else.
Consent
Sending an enquiry is your consent to be contacted about it. You can withdraw that at any time by replying to any message or writing to the address below, and it will be actioned.
Keeping it
Enquiry and policy records are kept for as long as the regulator requires, and no longer than there is a reason to.
Asking about your own data
Write to afarahmand@stoneridgeinsurance.ca to see what is held about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted where there is no obligation to keep it.
